Though his advice has saved the lives of millions of people, the name Ignaz Semmelweis is not one commonly known today. In his book Anthony Valerio’s Semmelweis: The Women’s Doctor (Zantedeschi Books, ). Valerio details the many struggles Semmelweis faced in winning acceptance for his advice on antiseptic procedures. The Hidden Brotherhood (Adelphon Kruptos) is the only organization of its kind in the world today, a real secret society for real people. It does not restrict its membership solely to those born into wealth, privilege and power, but opens the doors of fraternal friendship to those who desire and need most to overcome the limitations of their past circumstances.

Cambridge has many, many, many, many books on all aspects of the history of Europe. I enjoyed looking through the list online and spotting things like: Medieval European Coinage, Richard Nixon and Europe, The Huns, Rome and the Birth of Europe, and The Weather of the 's over Europe! I suspect that our old rival, OUP has lots of books as well. European men care about fashion and looking polished for every occasion and will even go above and beyond by doing things that American men would never even dream of doing, like getting their eyebrows waxed. Being put together doesn't emasculate a man in Europe, it elevates them to a higher status of masculinity. Those Accents *swoon*.

8 and 11 are ridiculous. In fact, I woild argue that European man expect women to be a certain (small) size even more than Americans and fat shaming can be much more extreme in Europe because overweight people are not as common. And, European men don’t play games.

As Gulliver travels from society to society, he observes each one’s organization in detail and compares and contrasts it with the English state. Though all of the societies visited are flawed, several possess some admirable qualities and almost all of them play out the consequences of a particular utopian ideal.

The canon of the novel, then, should probably include all important works, no matter how early, that are read as novels are read today and that have clearly influenced the shape of European.
